Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is Oracle ODAC Software Free for Download

Hi,

I have searched in the Community but failed to find a proper SPACE.

I a trying to download Oracle 19.3 ODAC software and noticed that it requires me to sign a License Agreement.

Such was not the case 1.5 year ago when I downloaded 12.2 ODAC software.

Can someone help and tell me, if Oracle ODAC software is free for download and use?
