USI

Hi,

Now that USI is mandatory for Higher Ed students commencing studies in 2021 and USI, we are after some advise on capturing and validating USI.

We are currently on CS PUM image 2. We are hoping to ugrade to PUM Image 18/19 to be TCSI, but the upgrade is few months away.

According to Peoplebooks, validate USI page validates the students' USI against the USI registry and adds a new National ID row with the USI.

1.Where is the USI captured/entered prior to validation?

2.How do we go about setting up the USI registry webservices?

3.Given USI is replacing CHESSN, will the fee processes (HECS reconciliation and Fee determination) be affected??
