JE does not error out if document company and transaction company are different

in JDEdwards World (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

In JDE world 9.3 system, when we try to create a manual journal entry say for document company 11111 and select the transaction account (debit and credit both)for company 22222, JDE does not throw any error. Batch has been created and posted successfully.

Is there any way available in JDE to error out such entries?

PS: Intercompany settlement is set to 2 in General Accounting Constants.
