How to get the "Oracle Linux 7 Update 8 Patch"

Hello,

oracle support center says I can download software and patches (including OS). unbreakable linux network says there is a patch "bundle". oracle software delivery doesn't have the patch bundle ????


how do i get this patch bundle ? (hint, not like the documentation says to)
