Export or Open report default to Excel

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are using EBS version 12.2.7

I have a user saying she like to export the list of data from form to be exported in excel format and also concurrent report to open in excel as default. She is able to do that on site in office desktop. However, when she uses her laptop at home, it always opens up in pdf format. Is there some setting in her laptop needs to be changed? I don't assume there will be any setup need to be done in EBS side as she is able to do that in office desktop.

I just tried to set the profile option Export MIME type to application/excel to her user account. I will see if this will fix the issue or not.
