Cash Flow Access Controls - Adding and Removing User Permissions on a Monthly Cadence

My organization has recently upgraded to Unifier version 18.8.16

We utilize Unifier for Project Managers to enter monthly Forecast Cashflow for all project shells, then the data is exported so it can be uploaded to our Forecasting Management System (system of record).

In order to ensure we have a controlled data set, we have a monthly process to remove edit permissions of Cashflows from Access Controls each month. As Administrator, I update the Access Controls in our Template each month and push to all project shells.

This has been functioning correctly for many years in our previous version of Unifier. However, since upgrading to Unifier version 18.8.16, Access Controls do not appear to offer any functionality when it comes to Cashflow permissions.
