How to Uninstall Server Manager Console

JDE 9.2 on TR 9.2.4.2 (DV, PY 32-bit and PD 64-bit)

JDK/JRE 1.8.0_241 (32 and 64 bit installs)

Windows Server 2019

Trying to upgrade JDE TR to 9.2.4.4 and noticed our WLS was out of MTR at 12.2.1.2.

Per the guides, we installed WLS 12.2.1.4.0 alongside in a new Oracle Home.

I was going to uninstall the existing Server Manager Console via the Oracle Universal Installer so we could get a fresh Console in the new WLS. We're getting the below error attempting to initiate the OUI. Have tried as myself and another local admin account. Re-installed 32-bit JRE 1.8.0_241 too. Running the OUI as admin.
