Where is the data in Alert Action Log form saved?

Hi,

Oracle EBS 12.1.3

I am trying to find what email was sent in an Alert by querying the tables. I am referring to the below form.

Navigation path is Alert Manager responsibility - History - Query an Alert - Find Actions button - Action Log button and below form is displayed. I want to know if the email message is stored in a table and if yes, what is the table name.
