The images on the Delegation tile as well as the tiles within the dashboard (Create Delegation Request, My Delegates, My Delegated Authorities) show for a brief second then disappears.  At other times the message "An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing" is displayed. Any idea how to get the images to display all the time?
