how to mitigate apache vulnerabilities in Oracle communications session manager OCSM 4.3

Hi

The current apache software shows latest 2.4.6 version but still we notice below vulnerabilities notification for this server.

Can anyone suggest how to fix these vulnerabilities for OCSM.
