Inserting a new line in the email triggered from JDE E1

Hi friends,

I need to insert a new line in the email triggered from customized application in JDE E1 run from the DV & PY server.

When I'm using a customized BSFN B579861B it is giving an error message that there is an execution error in the server. It has been copied from the standard BSFN B9861B.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
