Hello community,

My first question in this refreshed environment:

I'm having the error while trying to add a system to a S/N in Oracle Installed base module.

I found a MOSC document leading to CSI_SER_CASE3 error message code, from Installed base master repository, but the paper is not accessible (doc id 1303879.1).

Any help to workout the issue is appreciated.
