Pump autostart/autorestart abends

Hi,

Need your opinion regarding my issue. We have unidirectional replication from source OEL 7 GG 12.3.04 with Oracle 12.1 (multitenant dbs) 23 integrated extract with their pump extracts replicates to target on Windows server with GG 11.2.1.0.1.

Now, i've managed to solve bunch of problems regarding old Windows target and currently struggling with following:

When i start all pumps with ggsci start pp* they abend after tcp/ip errors from target collector:

2020-10-09T16:01:21.713+0200 ERROR  OGG-01224 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, ppvusm.prm: TCP/IP error 1

11 (Connection refused), endpoint: xxxxxxxx:15001.
