After creating PDB from SEED, the PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS has warning message status 'PENDING'

From the Document (Doc ID 2020172.1), it states:

Note: Do not disregard such warnings about PDB$SEED. PDB$SEED should have all the same options as the CDB.

The warning message is coming from SEED.

Database option CATJAVA mismatch: PDB installed version NULL. CDB installed version 12.1.0.2.0.

How to fix the warning (or clean the warning) on PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS on SEED.
