Canceling an open Physical Inventory ID (PIID)

When a Physical Inventory ID (PIID) is created it goes through 5 steps in its Life Cycle. At times a PIID may be created but before it goes through the 5 steps it may be decided it is no longer needed and should be canceled. Along the Life Cycle of the PIID, data can be deleted for a step and that rolls the PIID back to a previous step so that step can be processed again if necessary. The Delete Data process has a Delete All option but that only brings the PIID back to Step 1 and it remains
