Evergreen Service Contract Auto Renewal- Can a contract be renewed with negotiation status of Draft?

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi- We are using Evergreen contract auto renewal. We have approval set as required. We need to review the price and contact information on the renewed contract before it gets approved. However by default the contract gets renewed with status of pending and negotiation status of 'Pending Internal Approval' and we are unable to edit any components of this contract. Can we get the contract created as DRAFT negotiation status? or is there a way to edit this auto renewed pending contract?
