PO Approval notification email question

PO approval/rejection messages are sent to the Originator (as seen by our P4310 setup below). Is it possible to trigger the messages from LM0017 (Approved PO) and LM0018 (Rejected PO) to also email another user ABC when certain conditions are met (i.e. user ABC is the 1st approver for certain users)?

I created a DAS report as a stop gap but I was hoping for a more real-time solution (i.e. user gets copied when the originator gets the email notification).
