Enterprise Capture: Import Source option not showing in Client screen

Version: 12.2.1.4.0
A user is not seeing the Import Source option in their Client screen that would allow them to select documents from a folder. . She is only seeing options to import through a scanner. Screenshot below. Other users including myself can see the Import Source option. She has a scanner connected to her computer but so do other users that are not having the same issue.
