The following note provides the instructions for upgrading to Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.4, a version independent of Adobe Flash, from prior, Flash-dependent versions:

Enterprise Manager 13.4 Cloud Control Upgrade Run Book (Doc ID 2715099.2)

  • Use this note directly to upgrade from EM 13.2 or EM 13.3.
  • Upgrade EM 12.1.0.5 or EM 13.1 to 13.3, then use note 2715099.2 to further upgrade to EM 13.4.
  • You need only to download and apply Database Mgmt Plug-in 13.3.2 if you are on EM 13.3.1.
