Issues with Copied HFM Journals accross the two applications

Greetings-

Running into weird issue with Journals.

  1. while copy app was made one of the Journal came as empty with no line items and in posted status. this could not be unposted, rejected or deleted, opened SR but they are asking for backup of app to trouble shoot, did any one come across or have any work around, please share.
  2. Other issue is same journal across two application is showing up different amounts, Entity Details in the grid in both apps are showing the Journal ID and amounts as same, but in the copied app the amount in the account is different, did any one come across or have any work around, please share.
