Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is It Possible To Change Customer (or merge) Who Was Defined As "Organization" Into 'Person'?

Hi, is there a way to change party type that was entered by mistake as a person (should be organization)?

party/account Merge can have only the same types.

I have tried to merge accounts between two different parties by open new party with the correct type, but it can't be done also.

is there a work around for that?
