EAM Work Request Approval needs to go to multiple users

Hello All,

We are using 12.2.8 version.

In EAM Work Request Approval needs to go to multiple users at the same time. How can achieve this functionally or technically??

Through Department Approver setup, one to one approval only we do.

Scenario:

1. "User A" creates a Work Request using "Maintenance Super User" responsibility.
2. Click on Apply button.
3. Work Request approval Notification will go to "User B" and "User C" and "User D"

How to achieve this?

Purpose:

If "User B" is absent, "User C" can approve the Work Request.
