Integration of Oracle Session Border 4600 ( E-Cz8.1.0) with AWS connect
Hi Team,
I am looking for some guide to configure and test connection between Oracle Session Border Controller 4600 and AWS connect.
Call Path is :
Customer call -> vendor external sip interface ( inbound )-> Oracle SBC -> vendor external sip interface ( outbound ) -> AWS connect ( via E.164 number /SIP URI)
Has anyone implemented that in their environment ? I don't find any document yet to support it.
