Purging GL Budget balances R12

Hi,

while purging old budget balances from GL_BALANCES, I have few budgets that I am not able to query for purging (in the archive and purge form of GL), although I see they have records for deleting when I am looking directly in the database.

Any Idea what is preventing me from finding them?

One of them is on status of Running copy, could this be the reason? if so, how can I change this status?

One is showing "no valid periods", but I do see it has records for deleting in year 2005.
