Siebel IP20.2 - Session Timeout is Not Working as expected

Dear Team,

Siebel Session Time Out is not working as expected after upgrade Siebel Application to Siebel IP 20.2. Even, I have followed inputs provided in the below document for IP20.2

Ref: Siebel Session Timeout Is Prevented by Message Broadcasting After Applying Siebel 20.2 Update (Doc ID 2690859.1)

Set Below Values As per document:

1) Basic Session Timeout: 600 s

2) Enhanced Session Time out for the AOM : 900 s

3) Message Broadcasting Update Interval to 1000

4) AI Profile Basic & Application:

Method to Check Server Availability : UpdatePrefMsg,GetAlarmInstances

Command to Check Server Availability : HeartBeat

Now the Issue : When logged in to Siebel Application, irrespective of accessing/using it or Idle, the Application will throw an warning message at 14th min.
