Missing link between Instance and Asset in OAT

Fixed Assets Tieback: Post Mass Additions Does Not Update Asset Tracking Instance To Asset. For the serial number Asset get created in FA but there is no records in OAT (csi_i_assets) table.

We verified and see that Instance Asset Tie-back is not created in Transaction History. Customer is following the below process

Create Item with serial control. Receive the item into warehouse through PO. Stock will get increase with serial number. Ship the material to destination location thourgh IR/ISO process. Receive the material in destination location and perform Issue to Project. Asset get created in FA through PA. After running the mass addition program, Tie back with OAT will happen. (For this case Tie back is not get happened because of this records are not there in csi_i_assets table).
