Help against Doc ID 140184.1

Hi All,

In the FAANALYZER Analyzer Report, the error "Asset Key CCID cannot be NULL for MASS_ADDITION_ID" is populated. On searching the subject note (140184.1) is found for the rectification of the error faced.

In the Solution, its suggested to un-check the 'Required' checkbox in Segments - Asset Key Flexfield. On the other hand the said checkbox is already 'un-checked'.

Please guide that why the analyzer is populating the error?
