Should we go for Single node or Two node EBS installation if my users are less than 150?

The EBS is going to install on-premise. and we have total around 150 users and active 50 users simultaneously. We are not going to use oracle RAC or cloud.

We are planning to use Oracle Virtualization and the EBS 12.2.10 and 19C DB will be installed on Oracle Linux 7.x Virtual Machine.

In this scenario, should we install Oracle DB 19c and EBS 12.2.10 on the same Linux Virtual Machine as single node or should we install EBS and DB in separate node (Virtual Machine)?

Please share your thoughts and valued suggestions with advantages and disadvantages of this
