Cannot remove Tax Decimal Rounding Setup on Sales Order Header

Dear All,

On Sales Order header, the 7% Tax is always Rounding up to 2 decimals. Even if I changed the setups on Customer Master (Default Controls Rounding Level & Rule) and System Profile Value for both Site level and responsibility level 'QP: Selling Price Rounding Options = NO: unrounded listprice...'. Please advise. Thank you.
