Steps Steps To Migrate ASM Diskgroups having SAS disks To Another of having SSD without down time.

Hi ,

We are Planning to migrate our ASM storage from SAS to SSD disks, Is it possible to migrate to different type without downtime, I have done it before for SAS to SAS but this time the disk type is change that is SSD.

My plan is to add the new SSD disk to current SAS disks DiskGroup and after rebalancing I will remove the SAS disks . Please let me know if it is possible to keep both SSD and SAS disks in the same DiskGroup.
