ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel on Exadata X8M

Hi

While trying to install oracle 19c on a EXADATA X8M cluster, during dbca step I am facing "ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel" error.

Checked alert log got error"ORA-27634: RDBMS instance failed due to network device list mismatch"

but there is no mismatch in network devices in rac nodes.

I am pasting error below please some one help me fix this issur.
