Will upgrade from 12c RAC to 19c RAC fail because of Network bonding mode being "802.3ad"?

We have 2 node RAC running on 12.1.0.2. We are planning on upgrading to 19.3.0.0. The runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -upgrade is showing the below. If we don't change from bonding mode "802.3ad" to 0 "balance-rr" or 1 "active-backup", will it cause issues during upgrade. Can we ignore and go ahead with upgrade. When we change to 0 "balance-rr" or 1 "active-backup" the cluster services are not starting on one node.

"PRVE-0463 : Network bonding feature is enabled on node "****" with bonding mode "802.3ad" which is not an allowed value of 0 "balance-rr" or 1 "active-backup" for private interconnect network interfaces "eno113,eno25""
