OLVM and Oracle RAC

Hi


We are planning to migrate our current Oracle VM which is suppotring several Oracle RAC Clusters and Single Instance to OLVM. Since OLVM is a brand new product I am having some hard time about how to setup and choose the best option for the shared storage.

A couple of questions:

  1. I understand that the ASM disks can be set up using the Shared Raw Disk in OLVM, am I correct?
  2. For the Single Instance VM I need to be able to migrate the VM from one host to another so I wonder which storage should be used for Storage Domain? In Oracle VM it was OCFS2, how about in OLVM? NFS, GlusterFS perhaps? Or should I choose a Cluster Filesystem such as OCFS2? (is it supported?)
