ASO Calculation Order - how to resolve this

Hello,

We're on Essbase 11.1.2.2.

I 'm running into an issue with my ASO alternate rollup and am not sure on how to resolve this. The total in the DEPT dimension between the main hierarchy (row 7) differs to the alternate hierarchy (row 5) at FullYear. For simplicity, I cleared out all data and entered data for these 2 lines.

It seems that the alternate hierarchy sums up by Period and not by DEPT.

  • I tagged account FTE as TB Last and Skip Missing
  • The DEPT and Period dimensions are set to Multiple Hierarchies. FullYear has a member formula I found in this community and works wells (at least for the main rollup):
