How Replicate updates and How setup for Golden Gate BIDirectional

Hi . I hope everybody is fine. I have a big doubt with the Replication of tables in Golden Gate since the user tells me "not all the changes are reflected in the modified columns on-premise ... and in the RDS the changes do not appear ..." But I have put ADD TRANDATA table_name and each table has its PK defined ... Also if I UPDATE on any column of the table (not being part of the PK) this modification is done correctly.
And the other issue is how to configure GoldenGate BI-Directional ??
