Is it possible for a HR Specialist to view if someone has submitted all their goals?

Hi, I'm looking for an efficient way to view whether one employee has submitted all their goals? Is there an easy way to view goal progress? In other words, I would like to know if they have completed up to 100%. Right now I'm just seeing individual goals come up when I search in "Performance Goals" page. This can be a bit cumbersome.
