How to define Meters and Preventive Maintenance schedule for already running vehicle?

Hello All,

How to define Meters and Preventive Maintenance schedule for already running vehicle?

Vehicles not defined in ERP system, but vehicles are running (current Kilo meter is 40000).

Every 3000, 6000, 9000 KM we need to service the vehicle and system will generates Work orders automatically.

in this case, how to defined the meters and PM schedule for this vehicle in erp system.

How the system understand, the vehicle reached 3000 km?

Please Advice.
