Pricing API fails to source for Items on Sales order lines

in Oracle Global Trade Management (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

While entering item in the sales order lines , getting error with respect to Pricing API , where API fails to source value for item and displays error 'Item is not found in the price List' , where debug log says Sales Territories attribute is not returning any value hence the error . Can I get any help from the community to fix this issue ?
