Gateway timout on soap request xmlpserver

Hi,

Question, on a soap request we receive the error message below on xmlpserver. Yes, this is a big query which is time consuming. I know on the datamodel you have the option to set the query time out. Should this solve this also or is this message basically from anaother leve ?
