New Orchestrator HowTo Document to Setup and Run Health Check Status

The Health Check is used to verify the setup and configuration for the AIS server.  It consists of four different tests which when run successfully returns green check marks.  The final check for JWT Trust Login is used not only for JWT token verification but also to verify trusted node configuration setup which is needed to successfully run Notifications and Scheduler tasks.  This new KM document shows the necessary steps to configure and some of the common errors found when not setup correctly.
