Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can't get OL7 to allow psoft user to set limit for nr of files to 65536

edited /etc/ssh/sshd_config

edited /etc/security/files anded the resource

did everything listed ( can et it to work on Cent OS 7. 8)
