Look like I have miss-out some steps after upgrade tool release. I have done tool release upgrade from 9.15.5 to 9.2.4.3 , App release is 9.1. further Web maintenance pack applied to HTML and AIS and upgraded to 9.2.4.4

Following ESU applied: JM22785, JM14414, JM19115, JM12875_Planner ESU, JM13592 and its special instruction.

DB Oracle 19c

1) Advance Queries option is not available.

2) F9860W/F9861W table is blank.

How to determine which steps was miss? Table conversion or any ASI ?
