Total execution on AWR report mean

Hi all

Quick question . The following is bit weired to me ,

I have taken a AWR report for one hour interval . I have seen the total executions for an sql is 10 million .

What does this mean , is the sql really executed 10 million times in an hour and elapsed time is 0.00 sec ? .
Is the total executions are cumulative or is it for one hour ? . If so why is the elapsed time showing as 0 per exec ? what does that team
IF the total execution is cumulative , then from when this is calculated.
