JDE CNC: Orchestration to send SMC health check email

Please let me know if anyone has step by step guide to create Orchestration to send SMC health check email on daily basis at specific time from CNC point of view.

Or is there any standard Orchestration available to achieve this?

Or can this be achieved using SMC itself i.e. send health check status email. (not SMC Monitors)
