problems while config awr warehousing

if anyone experiencing this and can offer help, appreciate.

We have config'ed awr warehousing for 11g-12c with oem 13.2, successfully. The rpoblems encountered when we moving to 19c databases.

source database - 19c

oem 13.3

awr repository - 19c as pdb (knew we should use cdb for the repository, and will move to cdb for it)

problem 1: when config'ing awr repository config, 'search and select' database, the 'search' button does not bring any target database for progressing.

problem 2: our system admin does not give DBA oracle user's password (for better security), instead to use sudo oracle user to access the server. So we can not provide host credential to transfer export dump file across servers.
