Which files and binaries for Oracle 19 on should be placed on different disks?

Hi All, I am trying to set the standards for our developers for our oracle databases. On both Linux and Windows. I have not been able to find any recommednations on which oracle files should be placed on different disks for performance and/or recovery. Maybe this is a moot point - but I feel that this is important to improve performance.

I would have thought that the recovery log files and control files should be split across two different disks. The application database datafiles should be separate from all else.

My idea:

Disk 1 and 2: Split redo log files and the control files across two different disks.
