Apex HTTPS custom certificate

Good morning,

I wanted to ask you for support on how to use a third party certificate for Apex.

I noticed that the default certificate is created automatically: app \ Oracle \ admin \ myDB \ xdb_wallet and if I replace the wallet when the server is restarted it is regenerated.

I read on online guides to edit listener.ora, sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora, but I have a basic server configuration and in these files I don't see the endpoints present in the listener (lsnrctl status) and if I modify them I lose the endpoints not present in the files.

I wanted to ask how it is possible to modify the reference wallet or add third-party certificates to that wallet (the password of the default wallet is not recoverable because it is generated randomly by the server)
