Io exception: Got minus one from a read call

Hi,

We are migrating the IBM WebSphere Application Server from 8.5 to 9.0 and OS platform HP-UX 11.31 to RHEL 8.2.

We are facing an issue while connecting the 12c Database using Database scan from IBM WebSphere Application Servers 9.0 (new Setup). It is working fine with Database IP & VIP, issue is while connecting using scan URL or scan IP. It is working fine on existing old setup.

Error:

"java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io exception: Got minus one from a read call DSRA0010E: SQL State = 08006, Error Code = 17,002"
