SIT Screen issue for a single SIT code

We have a requirement to restrict the SIT's for specific responsibilities.

I have followed the below steps to achieve the requirement.

1. Created the custom form for the required SIT's.( As per the requirement, There is only one SIT code which needs to be included for a specific responsibility).
2. Create the custom Task node>>Create custom Task Flow>>Create custom Function which call the custom SIT Form> Create custom Menu>>Create Responsibility.

Issue : The SIT name window does not appear in the SIT Screen for a single SIT code.( Attached the screenshot for reference).

The issue exists only where the restriction is for one SIT code and the view of the screen looks normal when there are more than one SIT code.
