Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Conformance(New Quality) Based on Sample result

Hi all,


I am not getting why i can't Print the COA based on a sample result ?

The COA just shows the tests with the limits from the SPEC with any other data passed from the parameters (Lot, Order number, Customer,...) .. Is this a normal behavior ?

why there is no results at all ? The result column always empty, just like this :

Please advise.
